We get excited and rejoice in hearing the good news that Jesus was risen from the grave on that Easter morning. And we have the witnesses of people through the ages who have dared to believe that he is risen and that he lives. In John 20:18 we read, “Mary Magdalene, went to the disciples with the news: ‘I have seen the Lord!’ And she told them that he had said these things to her.” That is all we hear. Keep on reaching out toward believing until believing happens, until believing shapes your life. But it still promises that, through believing, you can have life, real life, eternal life in his name.
